TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • Human // Humanoids

  • Furries // Anthro

  • Animals // Monsters // Feral

  • Robots // Mecha // Machines

  • Armor

  • Overdesign

  • Weaponry

  • Gore

  • Fanart

  • Nudity

  • IRL persons

  • Unlicensed use of OC's without the creator/owner's consent

  • Explicit Sexual Activity

  • Pedo/Zoophilia

  • Abuse

  • Hate content

  • IRL persons without their consent

If you're not sure if your commission is something I'll do, feel free to contact me to ask.

  1. Client must be above 18 years old to order a commission.

  2. Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists. Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is OK.

  3. Usage of the commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain, is strictly prohibited.

  4. All artworks copyrights and design rights are reserved by me.

  5. All my illustrations will have my watermark.

  6. By ordering me, you give me the right to use the illustration to promote myself and publish it with the rest of my art.

  7. 100% upfront via PayPal invoice for commission under $200 (USD)

  8. No refunds.

  9. Payment Plan is optional for commission above $500: 25% (of the total value) upfront, 50% (of the total value) after sketch approval and 25% (of the total value) in the final stage of the artwork.

  10. Invoice time can be arranged to fit client's request. All invoices are due within 7 days by default, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission.

  11. Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

  12. I will work following the order and deadlines on Commission List. If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will give you a notice as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please provide it.

  13. Do not rush the work, you will be notified as soon as the commission starts. Very short deadlines will have additional value.

  14. Progress is divided into 5 stages: sketch → lineart → flat colors → render (shadow and lighting) → finished artwork.

  15. Time between sketch and finished artwork is around 2 to 4 weeks, no longer than 4 weeks if nothing occurs suddenly.

  16. Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous email. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay on the Commission List.

  17. Final artwork will be sent via email or google drive link in .png image format. File will be of highest resolution (300dpi) and include a small watermark.

  18. I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New terms do not apply for orders started on old terms.

COMMISSION PRICE

  • Custom outfit: + ~15% of base price (that is, depending on the difficulty and the amount of changes and tests). I will draw character in a new outfit following your suggestions. If you want, I can offer tips and suggestions during the process.

  • Prices below are base price and may not represent the final price of a particular commission. Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests. You can use one of my drawings as an example for what you are looking for and I will give a more detailed estimation.

  • ✓ RUSH FEE: If you want your commission to be done in 3 days or less, ask for the rush fee! Price varies according on the complexity of the work + how much work I have pending.
